Centretown Community Health Centre - Gay Zone

CCHC is Centretown's (and the Village's) spectacular community centre. Since 1969, they have been offering a wide variety of health and well-being services. Their team includes doctors, nurses, social workers, counsellors, dietitians, community developers, health promoters, and outreach workers.

For the LGBT community, they provide several health and counselling services, especially for new immigrants, seniors, youth, and trans people. In 2008, the Gay Zone gaie opened every Thursday evening to offer men who have sex with men safe and confidential STI testing, as well as several free groups and courses such as yoga, a cooking class and a book club.
